Previously, they ordered pizza at the office, but this time they decided to go into the pizzeria itself ... And it seems they made a GREAT ERROR ... They were completely disappointed. Service is absent as such at all !!! They only offer water and juice for pizza, which you will drink from paper cups; there are also no plates in the establishment. That actually and there is no place for the visitor to sit - on the second floor there are three "tables" with benches. Given that for a small pizza the price is above 200 hryvnias, then this is clearly too much. I'm not talking about having to go down for pizza ourselves. But there’s nowhere to even wash your hands banally ...After this trip I will stop ordering pizza even for takeaway. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!

The waiting time for the order was announced 15-20 minutes, but in fact the order was ready even faster. Placed on the second floor in a small room, with 3 large tables. There is also a terrace. We prepared pizza quickly, it was hot and delicious. The great 4 cheese pizza (45 cm) is simply amazing!

The pizza is delicious, but the service is disgusting.We order periodically, previously delivery was 30-60 minutes, as they said on the phone. Recently, the guys are breaking the bottom - they ordered pizza at exactly 6, so that they arrived early. promise to deliver in an hour and a half. at 20.40 we call - where is the pizza? the courier calls back and grit that he took it 30 minutes ago, but now in traffic, it can be in 30 minutes. In total, you order pizza in chipolino at 6 pm, and deliver it to you at least 3 hours later. we refused pizza, the money was returned to us.The situation is already the second for sure when I order chipolino and sit hungry for 2-3 hours without any information from the pizzeria. At the same time, the pizzeria does not even think about retaining regular customers or offering compensation for their fax-ups. For yesterday’s situation, we were offered to pick up pizza - waiting another 30 minutes and cold after an hour in the courier’s car.Phew.

Values, family, etc. nothing. We sat for 30 minutes under the window. At what they asked, call how you will do. That's what the administrator is doing there? Only take money? The pizza is delicious - but after that, as it is with pleasure, if they said 7 minutes it would be ready, and they spent 27 minutes not because it was the turn, but because they forgot to call. So they would have sat for an hour if they had not come in by themselves.
